                                Harmony With Nature

The nature connection.

These days it seems somehow that we could all use some simple ways to help us create more inner balance and also to alleviate stress, right?

One very direct and simple way is to make the effort ongoing to spend some time in nature.

Why does nature help with the problem of stress that we can all see is just so widespread these days?

Well simply because nature has a deeply calming effect which can be felt by most of us almost immediately. In nature, the overall energy is one of a calmly quiet and subtle harmony.

When we connect with nature, its harmony is immediately felt and this alone can help us to even out any tensions we may be carrying around, no matter what.

Another gift of being in nature is that it teaches us, right there in the moment, to slow down.

This alone also helps the nervous system a great deal, and can help us on the inner level, to "take the edge off".

Just slowing down itself gives us many benefits on both the physical and emotional levels, and can be a good start to turn things around.

Can help turn things around especially if we are one of those people who have had a lot of tension ongoing in our lives for quite awhile.

But, you might say, I don't have the time to go and spend in nature, so then what can I do? Well even if nature for you is your backyard, that at least is a start, and that can be the place of a "nature break" for you.

Or is there maybe a park or garden within walking distance of your house or place of work? Just a mini break to go someplace like that in nature nearby can give a lot of benefits, for you and your life.

This is true especially if you make going there a regular and ongoing habit for yourself.

So picture it for yourself now. The green grass, the cool freshness and movement of the air. Take a moment to notice the variety of flowering plants and shrubs with their various textures, colors, and scents.

Hear the sound of running water, if there happens to be a fountain or pond, located there also on the property. Now look up a moment to see the rustling leaves of the trees above, and notice any birds that might be hanging out up there also.

The nature connection.

Its your life, so consider taking a moment today to experience its calm and to feel its harmony for your inner peace and well being.
